Appointments
We know you that your time is important, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. It is rare that you will ever have to wait beyond your scheduled time.

Office hours
The Doctor and staff come to the Vineyard as often as needed so that your treatment can proceed as necessary and without delay. This is currently 3-4 times per month, Fridays and Saturdays from 8:45 am-6:00 pm.

Insurance and Billing
Dental insurance can be helpful in being reimbursed a small part of comprehensive dental care. Unlike other insurances such as health, auto and home, dental insurance generally covers minor preventative procedures such as cleanings and fillings. For major dentistry however, there is generally only a small percentage of reimbursement each year, more closely related to a coupon than to insurance. For that reason, payment is expected in full at the time of treatment. We will be happy to work with your insurance company and do all of the paperwork for you to assure that you get as much reimbursement as possible.

Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards.
